Luxury All Inclusive Villa Waterfall in Punta Cana (Cocotal) – Pool, BBQ, Maid, Chef

Beautiful Villa! Great hospitality!

My family and I had an amazing stay! Vasiliy was always responsive and easy to communicate with. However, the best part of our stay was the private chef Danny and the housekeeper Sobeyda Reyes. They were both AMAZING!!!! Sobeyda helped us with everything, she is extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Our stay would not have been so perfect without her. We are so grateful for her hospitality and all that she did to go above and beyond for us. She helped us coordinate drinks, transportation, and more. She’s truly the bomb dot com! The chef Danny made delicious food our entire stay and was extremely polite. I would not hesitate to stay here again! The only thing to note, is that Ubers/Taxi’s after 9:00 PM is extremely difficult due to tight security so I recommend booking private transportation for nightlife in advance. Aside from that, the stay is perfect!

Vasiliy was very attentive. He was also very friendly. We were able to reach him at anytime of the mornings and night's.

I love the stay here at waterfall. I love the chef and cleaning ladies super sweet. Very clean and attentive . Only thing is got water kept going in and out our whole stay other than that it was a grey place would book again

Where do I start? It was incredible, stunning, relaxing, and all around beautiful!! From the start we were met on site and given a tour of the home. The place looks much better than photos and everyone was truly welcoming and amazing. I want to thank Vasiliy for checking in periodically on how our trip was going and making sure we had what we needed and wanted. One of his colleagues by the name of Asya literally set up transportation, staffing and activities when we needed it. We spoke and checked in every day. Thank you Asya! You were so great to us. There is also a housekeeper extraordinaire on site by the name of Sobeida. We told her every day that we loved her because she is the sweetest, most caring person we have come across in our travels. Muchas gracias Sobeida!! You took such great care of us. Finally, a big thank you to our chef Denis for making delicious and healthy meals for us every day. I am coming back. Everything was spectacular. We are so grateful.

Not only was this a beautiful property, the service was even better. The host Vasiliy made sure we had every single thing we needed. The chef, the cleaner, and everyone who assisted was absolutely phenomenal. Can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every dollar!

Beautiful house with views of the golf course, safe area. The downstairs is stunning with the high ceilings and views with a nice large dining table which we used a lot. The housekeeper was very nice and kept the house clean every day. Vasiliy and his team checked in regularly to see whether we needed anything. They are very kind and helpful, and thoughtful about ensuring we were having a nice time and offering to help make it an even better time. The chef was not very good but that could have been my fault as I only booked the chef services 2 weeks before arriving at Christmastime so the availability was probably not that good. Vasiliy took care of it and found someone else. Important to clearly define the kind of food you want to eat if paying for a chef. We had a lovely time.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfall villa. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The host and his team were very helpful and responsive when we had issues. The house was also cleaned daily by the on site house keeper which was great! I will definitely be returning to this home!

Awesome place

This home was even better in person than in the pictures! This is the epitome of luxury while on vacation. Everything was clean. They had cleaning staff 24/7, we hire their chef who made delicious food. The hosts were available at anytime to help us with anything we needed. I recommend you to stay with them as we will use them again.

The home is gorgeous you will definitely enjoy your stay. The photos are exact and the property is top tier. But be ready for cold showers. Only 2 of the rooms got hot water in the actual shower and I really didn’t know how much this would bother me as time went on but what could I do. The on-site person speaks only Spanish so just be ready with your translate app and you’ll be fine. The 5 bedrooms have great AC and comfy beds (no double beds so more than 5 people you would have to share) we were a small group so it worked out perfectly for us and everyone got their own room. If you need a blow dryer make sure to pack one and shampoo/body wash and all that they don’t provide. But there is a store A close drive away with groceries and toiletries pretty much anything that you need. the on-site house keeper is not only amazing and sweet but really took care of us and the space A++. The security at the front can be very weird with Uber drivers for whatever reason I’m unsure because of the language barrier but a couple times we had a hard time leaving the security gate and they were not very nice. But honestly other than that it was only 4stars because of the water if they can rectify that it is a absolutely beautiful place to stay and definitely worth the money

This house was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were helpful attentive, very friendly and professional. Our rooms were cleaned everyday which we appreciated. It is in a great location close to many excursions, shopping malls etc. i highly recommend

Great stay

Let me just say the pictures does this villa no justice. This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever experienced. I usually stay at all-inclusive resorts out of the country but this time I decided to try something new. Upon arrival I was greeted by Vasiliy, Dani (chef) and Sobeida (maid). The food being cooked for lunch for my friends and I when I we arrived. Hospitality was definitely a 10/10. I ensured to make this trip as all inclusive as possibly so I highly recommend booking the chef. If you’re not fluent in Spanish I highly recommend a translator app to communicate with Dani and Sobeida. If I needed ANYTHING there were able to assist me. I was unaware that they didn’t have wash cloths at the Airbnb so Sobeida and I rode to the store together to grab some for the house. I left about 16 behind for future guests. If you’re worried about safety issues let me just mention the neighborhood is EXTREMELY secure, who ever drops and pick you up must leave their license at the front gate until they leave. Lastly, I want to mention that the staff treated us like family. Dani checked in on me on our last night when we decided to go out clubbing. He called several times during that time to ensure our safety was not at jeopardy and ensured that we had a ride home. I can go on and on about this trip. But I’ll just let you see for yourself. Wow is all I can say. The service we received during our stay was impeccable. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I didn’t want to leave at all. Our chef and house keeper were amazing as well! Be sure to brush up on your Spanish so communication is easier for you and the staff. Luckily I speak and understand Spanish and my husband did as well. Y’all, this house is just freaking awesome. We will definitely return and stay again!!

this is really the finest villa in this residence. A few days stay made life happier. Very nice interior and exterior design. The staff are very helpful. The house has everything you need and much more - interesting features of the pool, green living plants in the hall. The area around the house is beautiful, large, well-groomed. It was very cozy!

This house is hands down the best house I’ve ever stayed in on Air BNB !!!!!!! The house looks ten times better than the photos everything about this house exceeded my expectations Vasiliy and staff was very attentive to our needs which was very impressive. The villa and area around is just gorgeous, and there is stylish touch everywhere you look. We enjoyed the pool and the views. Vasiliy was very friendly and always ready to help us. We spent very relaxing and comfortable 2 nights here and would be happy to come back next year

The villa made an amazing impression! And especially pleasant was a cup of coffee in the morning near the pool, prepared by the maid! She was attentive to us! By the way, maid is included !!! At the villa you feel very calm, relaxed, safe, surrounded by luxury comfort ! The garden inside the villa gives a special highlight to the villa! Everything is automated and easily controlled from the remote control! The hosts were very helpful ! They advised to visit the beautiful island of Saona and helped organize a private tour there! We didn’t regret ordering a chef who spoiled us with delicious dishes! Will definitely come here again!

We like the villa and its location. We felt like we are in some paradise. We also ordered chef services, which helped us completely relax during the whole stay. The best vacation ever!

The villa is so beautiful! We had a short stay, but we could enjoy every minute of it. Big swimming pool, panoramic windows, stylish details...I cannot wait to come back here with friends and stay for longer time. Vasiliy is a great host, highly recommend this place :)
